Ground Shipping (Supplies Only):

* Flat rate shipping charges will be assigned to our Equipment and heavier consumable items 50lbs plus.

$200+ = FREE Shipping

$199.99 or under = Flat rate fee of $19.95

Orders placed before 4pm EST will ship the same day.

UPS 2nd Day Air:

2 Business Days. Expedited shipping method cutoff is 2pm.

UPS Next Day Air:

1 Business Day. Expedited shipping method cutoff is 2pm.

Hawaii & Alaska:

Additional shipping charges will apply when shipping to Hawaii & Alaska. Please call for an estimate before placing your order. Thank you.


Large equipment will be shipped UPS or XPO freight. Charges are flat rate and are listed on the associated product’s page. Freight order ship within 7-10 business days.


Once your order ships we will send tracking information to your email on file.

Delivery Insurance: LLC refers to our shipping service provider to delivery guarantees, guidelines & procedures. We have no control over delays due to weather or other shipping provider circumstances. Refer to XPO or UPS for details.

Missing or Defective Items:

If your order is received and is missing or has a defective item, Please contact our support team. We will rectify your concern and will ship your replacements out with the same shipping method used on the initial order. All customers must inspect your packages and notify us of any concern within 48 hours of receipt. All claims will be rectified on a case by case basis at sole discretion of LLC.


Returns are ONLY accepted if a product has not been used at all and within 30 days from placing the order. Complete return shipping charges associated are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded for any reason. Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded for any reason.


A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all applicable returns as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.
